Contact Fee Check
Providers change their rates, rental and offers often. If your statement or a provider’s pricing page shows a figure different from ours, that is the email we most want, because one wrong rate can change which plan comes out cheapest. Plain words are fine: a screenshot of the line on your statement tells us more than the jargon.
Fee Check is an independent Australian site, published by William Morphy (ABN 83 715 276 265). There is no phone line or shopfront; email is the way to reach us.
A figure is wrong or out of date
Send the page’s address and, if you can, a link to the provider’s own page. We check it against the source and fix the page if we got it wrong; how corrections work.
You represent a company we list, or one we don't
Tell us about a price change, a new plan or a mistake, with a public link we can cite. We can’t accept payment to be listed or ranked; how we rank explains why.
Privacy
Fee Check collects almost nothing about you. The privacy page says exactly what, and questions about it come to the same address.
What we can't help with
We can’t see or change your account with any provider, and we can’t give personal advice. For a bill, a contract or an order, contact the provider directly.
